Draft of the payment terms. The full terms (scope of services, liability, withdrawal, jurisdiction) will follow and be legally reviewed.

§ Contracting party: We only enter into contracts with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

§ Payment plan: Amounts up to €500 are due before work starts. For amounts from €500: bot setup 50% at order and 50% before handover. Complete presence and industry solutions 40% at order, 30% after draft approval, 30% before handover.

§ Monthly fees: Collected in advance by SEPA direct debit or card, first after approval.

§ Handover: Access data, code and handover to the customer domain follow only after full payment. Until then the customer receives a test link.

§ VAT: Small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.
